We offer shipping through UPS and USPS. Any shipping charges will be calculated and added after your order is placed. You are also welcome to stop in and pickup your purchase in-store.
Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is for exchange or store credit. There are no refunds. The item must be new and unopened. We stand behind all of the manufacturer's warranties, so if there is a manufacturer's defect with your purchase within the warranty period, you are welcome to send the item to us, and we will take care of it for you. If you would like us to test your train before we ship it to you, please let us know.
